This information is used to generate your AI infrastructure (MCP server, Agent Card, JSON-LD, llms.txt) and is intentionally made publicly accessible to AI assistants — that is the core purpose of the service.

AI Interaction Data

We log interactions between AI assistants and your MCP server, including: which tools were called, input parameters, response data, and the identity of the calling AI agent (when available). This data powers your analytics dashboard and helps you understand how AI platforms are discovering and interacting with your business.

Lead Information

When an AI assistant submits a quote request or appointment booking on behalf of a customer, we collect the customer's name, email, phone number, and service details as provided by the AI. This information is stored securely and made available to you through your dashboard.

Usage and Analytics

We collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use this to improve our service and understand usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the AgentLocal platform
  • Generate and host your AI infrastructure (MCP servers, Agent Cards, JSON-LD, llms.txt)
  • Register your business with AI discovery registries (MCP Registry, community directories)
  • Display analytics about AI interactions in your dashboard
  • Deliver lead notifications from AI-generated quote and appointment requests
  • Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts, new feature announcements)
  • Respond to support requests

3. Information Shared Publicly

The core function of AgentLocal is to make your business information accessible to AI assistants. The following information is intentionally published and publicly accessible:

  • Business name, description, tagline, and contact information
  • Services offered, pricing ranges, and time estimates
  • Operating hours and service area
  • Business location (city, state, zip)

This information is published through your MCP server endpoint, A2A Agent Card, JSON-LD structured data, llms.txt file, and any AI discovery registries where your business is listed. This public exposure is the intended purpose of the service and is necessary for AI discoverability.

4. Information Shared with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • AI Registries: We submit your business information to AI discovery registries (MCP Registry, PulseMCP, MCP.so, etc.) as part of the service. This is the core function of AgentLocal.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), and Google (authentication). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, and secure authentication via OAuth 2.0. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business information for as long as your account is active. AI interaction logs are retained for analytics purposes. If you cancel your account, we deactivate your MCP server and remove your business from discovery registries. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information through your dashboard
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Withdraw from AI discovery registries (your MCP server will be deactivated and registry listings removed)
